The Building, which poses itself outwards as a compact mass to emphasize its visibility and role in the future urban structure, is characterized by a series of cuts and openings in the east-west direction and by the slipping section planes which enlivens the interior and helps to capture sunlight in order to illuminate naturally all environments.
