The project, as part of the Territorial Pact for tourism in the Province of Latina, foresees the gradual restructuring of the environments and related services with the expansion of up to 1,100 square meters, the construction of a rehabilitation center in the basement, the rehabilitation of the entire sports area of 15,000 square meters and the construction of a new indoor pool of 900 square meters, all based on the principles of landscaping architecture to integrate volumes into the landscape.
