The project regards the consolidation and restoration of the fifteenth century "Palazzo Caetani-Colonna" and the fourteenth-century "Maschio del Castello", both bound by law 1089/1939, aimed at the establishment of a cultural center which includes also the existing Museum in the Castle. The reuse of the halls of the palace are foreseen for cultural activities; the establishment of a local history library and a restoration workshop; the installation of the representative offices of the Municipality of Fondi.
